However, Svasthify wellness recognizes that individuals may have specific needs or preferences when it comes to their practice. For those who are particularly interested in deepening their understanding and proficiency in pranayama, or for those who simply prefer to focus solely on breathwork, the studio offers separate pranayama sessions.

However, we recognizes that individuals may have specific interests in meditation or mindfulness practices. Therefore, the studio also offers standalone meditation sessions or classes dedicated to mindfulness practices.
